A complete guide to Conjuring Hope for new and experienced players.
Reduce your opponent's hero HP to 0 before they do the same to you. Both heroes start with 30 HP. You win by either destroying them directly or by wearing them down with creatures and action cards.
You start each game with a shuffled deck and draw 4 cards into your hand. Each turn you draw 1 more card. Your hand holds up to 7 cards β if you can't draw, you skip drawing that turn.
Each turn you gain Hope (shown in the top bar). Hope refreshes every turn. You spend it to play cards β creatures, terrain, and action cards all have a Hope cost shown in the top-right of the card. Manage your Hope carefully; big powerful cards cost more.
Creature cards go onto your field β tap one to select it, then tap an enemy to attack, or tap "End Turn" to leave it defending. Creatures are exhausted (tapped) after attacking and can't attack again until your next turn.
Terrain cards set the battlefield β each player can only have one active terrain. Terrains give ongoing bonuses every turn.
Action cards trigger an immediate effect when played β damage, healing, drawing cards, and more.
When a creature attacks, it deals its ATK value as damage to the target. Defenders reduce damage taken by their DEF value. When a creature's HP reaches 0, it's destroyed and removed from the field. Untapped friendly creatures protect your hero β enemies must go through them before attacking you directly.
Common β¬ β reliable bread-and-butter cards, great for building consistent decks.

Challenge a friend on the same device! Each player enters their name and the game hides your hand between turns β tap "Reveal Hand" when it's your turn. Perfect for playing with kids or family at the sanctuary.
